Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased from us, we are happy to work with you to ensure that you are satisfied. Items shipped via US Mail can be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt for replacement or refund, including your shipping costs. You can also receive credit toward a future purchase if we don't have something currently in our inventory as we are constantly adding new product. Bottom line is that we value your patronage and want you to have a positive experience working with us.
True Shipping Costs
When shopping with us, you will not get to the end of your shopping cart and find out that the price of shipping is nearly the same as the products you bought. You will be paying only for the actual price that UPS or FedEx charges us, no upcharge from The Girls. Now that's a novel idea.
